By downloading or using MuscleMind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

2. Service description

MuscleMind is an AI-powered fitness app that generates personalised weekly workout plans, provides an AI coach, tracks your training, and rewards consistent training with $MUSCLE credits redeemable in the Marketplace.

3. Health disclaimer

MuscleMind is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise programme. You use the app at your own risk. MuscleMind accepts no liability for injury resulting from following in-app workout plans.

4. $MUSCLE rewards

$MUSCLE credits are earned by completing workouts and may be redeemed for discounts within the Marketplace. $MUSCLE has no monetary value outside the app, is non-transferable, and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

MuscleMind offers a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions (monthly at €14.99, annual at €69.99, and Founding Member pricing). Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its AI models
  • Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to manipulate the $MUSCLE rewards system fraudulently
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits

7. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuscleMind's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to €20 or the amount you paid in the previous 30 days, whichever is greater.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eindhoven, Netherlands.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MuscleMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
